Requirements
- Initial processing and distribution of incoming requests among teammates and other specialists.
- In-depth analysis, consultations, and assistance in resolving partners' issues via email.
- Advising and assisting colleagues from other departments with technical Wialon-related questions.
- Creating and forwarding bug reports and feature requests to the DevCenter.
- Ability to work on a rotating 2/2 schedule: 2 day shifts (08:00–20:00 UTC+03), 2 days off, followed by 2 night shifts (20:00–08:00 UTC+03).
Responsibilities
- Initial processing and basic analysis of incoming requests in English.
Spanish is considered as a huge plus. - Consulting clients on Gurtam products and providing technical support via HelpDesk, phone, and online chat 24/7.
- Advising and assisting colleagues from other departments on technically-related questions.
- Advising clients on Gurtam products, their settings and capabilities.
