Your Main Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment cycle — attract, evaluate, and hire top talent.

• Design and execute onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration for new hires.

• Create a thriving work environment — organize engagement initiatives and develop a strong company culture.

• Handle team members relations — mediate conflicts, address concerns, and support team members.

• Coach and train managers on team performance strategies.

• Draft and refine company policies and internal regulations in English, working in collaboration with department heads.

• Administer benefits and payroll processing, ensuring competitive compensation strategies.

• Develop and implement KPIs to measure and improve team effectiveness.

You Are Our Ideal Candidate If You:

• Have proven experience as an HR Manager, not just in managing processes, but in building strong, lasting teams.

• Experience in leading an HR department will be regarded as an advantage.
Are you experienced in banking or fintech? Even better! We highly value industry expertise.

• Have native-level proficiency in Russian and can confidently handle business documentation and communication.

• Are fluent in English and comfortable using it daily in professional settings.
